Me and my sister booked tickets to watch the avengers movie, 18 pounds each for a ticket ,what a rip off I did not want to pay this much for a movie but my sister wanted to go ,the tickets was taken out of my sisters bag we explained this to the manager ,she kept cutting us with her eyes and told us their is nothing she can do we highlighted on my sisters bank statement to prove purchase,me and my sister did a split payment ,so we both put in our cards into the card reader ,my sister’s card was not reading and my was saying the last movie I watched was fifty shades of grey from about two years ago, yet I watched the greatest showman on mother’s Day.the manager told me that customer service was just gonna tell us to go into the venue and be no help ,the manger said they do not have the equipment to reprint tickets and was a effort to retrieve the number for customer service her name was Claudine or something spoke to Jessica in customer service and she was no help saying they do not reprint tickets even if they are lost or stolen ,then she told the manager gavs me wrong information and did not help me at all, I’m so confused with this type of customer service ,as I work in customer service and we always help the customers and find alternatives ,I feel that they did not try to help at all!
